1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for most unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Tech items that have been opened or activated

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
